I bought a $50 bong that cracked within 2 weeks of use. Fat Buddha’s response was ‘Sorry, it’s been used, can’t help you.’ Must be nice to send defective products to people and then say you can’t do anything about it because it’s been used. How about trying to right the wrong? Go elsewhere, consumers!
This company ripped me off. Yes Fatbuddha took my money and delivered NOTHING. They played games for months promising a refund when the package was returned to sender. The tracking shows I never received it, It was returned to sender which ended up being a fake address. This company is soooo shady!!!!!!!! They have wasted months of my time, took my money and provided ZERO customer service.
